This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost ring, which I really appreciate. Maddie made me feel welcome, too. I can't wait to return for a new year!

My St James King Room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring luxurious Molton Brown toiletries. the check-in process could be improved, as it was a bit confusing and took longer than expected.

the location of the hotel is a big plus! the staff were super warm and welcoming, specially toni. our room was really clean and comfy with great housekeeping. the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, and the molton brown toiletries felt luxurious.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the British Museum and went to a show at the West End, both super close. The location couldn’t be better, and the service was top-notch. The room was really comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group trip!

They seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, making simple inquiries feel like a chore. The breakfast quality fluctuated from day to day, with a few essentials missing that should've been replenished. The elevators were a hassle, with long waits since one was out of service during my stay. A better communication about service availability, especially regarding maintenance, would help. The room comfort level was decent, but I wish they had provided more outlets for charging devices. the experience was decent but not without its flaws.
